How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping to over 200 countries worldwide!

Will I have to pay extra fees like customs or duties?

Nope! The price you see at checkout is the final priceβ€”you won’t be charged extra fees.

When will my order ship?

For items in stock, we usually ship within 2 business days.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! You’ll get your tracking number within 3–5 business days. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your SPAM folder or email us at shop@ktkitty.com.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. Contact us as soon as possible at shop@ktkitty.com.

Can I change my shipping address?

Address changes are possible before your order ships. Once it’s in the shipping process, the address cannot be updated.

Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes, you can remove items before they are shipped and get a refund. Contact us via email. If your order has already shipped, please wait for delivery, then return the item to our warehouse for a refund.

How can I track my order?

Track your order through the β€œOrder Status” page in our menu or by contacting us via email. Use your order number (from your confirmation email) and the email used to place the order. Note: Items in the same order may arrive separately.

What if my item arrives damaged or broken?

If an item is damaged, contact us at shop@ktkitty.com with a photo showing the damage. We’ll guide you on whether to return it or issue a partial refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but is missing: - Report domestic shipments within 2 weeks, and international shipments within 4 weeks. - We’ll start an inquiry with the carrier to locate your package. - If the package is officially lost, we will reship at no cost if stock is available. Important: We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
