Return and Exchange Policy

KtKitty Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To start a return, please contact us at shop@ktkitty.com and follow the instructions provided.

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and provide a resolution promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled within a short period after placement. A 5% transaction fee applies, and the remaining 95% will be refunded within 7 days. Custom products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

After Dispatch: Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled due to international shipping limitations. Please email us directly at shop@ktkitty.com for assistance.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your original purchase. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For EU customers, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refund Process

  • If the outer package was damaged during shipping causing the product to malfunction, contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping company to issue a refund or replacement according to your request.
  • If the product itself has a serious quality issue, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the product is fine but you wish to return it, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at shop@ktkitty.com.
